"Around Adelaide hangs a perfume of roses; the quaint old house is surrounded by roses - roses of every kind, shade and size. There are standard roses, trailing roses, climbing roses which hang over arches, bowers, trees.
- Letter of Mother Gonzaga 24/5/1905, Adelaide.
"I know you will not forget me when I shall have passed to the other world. I will not forget you when I have power with God; not only past and present, but future Loreto girls also will be always objects of concern to me until we meet in our Heavenly Father's Home."
- Last letter of Mother Gonzaga to the Children 1st February, 1915.

Schools
During the 40 years that Mother Barry was in Australia, she founded many schools and collages. Now a days there aren't as many, but the current schools are just the way Mary wanted them to be.
Approach
Mary created apositive approach to female education and learning. This has helped the Loreto nuns, sisters and teachers after her continue to have that same influence towards teaching the girls of the schools.
